Exercises for Musicians

A musician is like an athlete, one must be fit in order to perform well. The most used and abused part of a musician's body are his hands. That's why every music teacher will tell you that finger exercises, hand and arm stretches are important before you play your instrument. Of course as with any exercise regimen, you must consult your physician first. Here are some resources to help you strengthen and care for your hands and your whole body as well.
