Whether you choose to study on your own, take online courses or enroll in a music school, music/method books are always a must. Here are the "Top 4 Saxophone Music Books for Beginners". Note that some books may be used for self-study while others are meant to supplement those that your teacher recommends. For younger players I suggest using these books under a teacher's guidance.
