Felix Mendelssohn, Frederic Chopin and Robert Schumann - Famous Romantic Composers
Friday February 10, 2006
When reading about musical works written by great composers, the word Op. almost always appears. Op. is short for opus which is Latin for "work". The number that follows the word opus is the musician's numbering of his specific musical work. Here are three more profiles of famous Romantic composers:- Felix Mendelssohn - 1809 to 1847
- Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin - 1810 to 1849
- Robert Schumann - 1810 to 1856
