Music and Your Marriage

Aside from the positive effects music has on our intellect, music is also proven to affect us emotionally. The type of music you listen to affects your mood. Most of us have songs we can closely relate to, perhaps because it captured the emotion you are feeling at that moment, or it reminds you of something that occurred in your life or maybe because it reflects something you believe in. Some married couples even have their own "theme song" (yes, I admit, my husband and I have one as well).
