Boston's Berklee College of Music was founded by Lawrence Berk in 1945. It's one of the leading music schools in the U.S. with a student body said to be over 3,000. Berklee offers interesting majors including Contemporary Writing and Production, Music Business/Management, Music Therapy and Songwriting.
