Product Review of Sing With Me Magic Cube

If you're looking for a toy that is fun, educational and interactive, the Sing With Me Magic Cube is a good choice. It introduces your child to the different sounds of musical instruments and how adding or subtracting each instrument affects the creation of music.

The Sing With Me Magic Cube is an educational, interactive product from Munchkin Inc. The Magic Cube helps introduce children to different musical instruments, specifically the flute, drums, guitar, tuba and piano. It also gives them an idea of how various musical instruments can be combined to create songs.

The Sing With Me Magic Cube has colorful buttons for each instrument. Each press of the button enables the child to listen to the sound of an instrument. There is a choice of either listening to the instrument solo or pressing other buttons to combine it with other instruments. Instruments are added and subtracted with each press of the button, the flashing light indicates which instrument is playing. There is also an "orchestra" button which activates all the instruments to play together. A songbook is included so that you and your child can sing along to the music.

It features 8 favorite children's songs including "Eensy Weensy Spider" and "Hokey Pokey". The only thing missing in my opinion is a repeat button so that kids can sing-along to their favorite songs over and over without having to wait for it to play again. My daughter enjoyed playing with this toy and she also liked singing-along to the songs. Even though there is no volume control, the songs play at the right volume, not too soft nor irritatingly loud. I like how well-constructed and colorful it is. Also, thumbs up that the corners are soft and rounded making it safe for younger children.
