Cost:
Rhapsody has two types of membership: Rhapsody To Go costs $14.99 per month and is available on Windows PCs only. This enables you to listen to and transfer songs to your mp3 player. Rhapsody Unlimited costs $12.99 per month and is available on PCs and Macs. This allows you to listen to unlimited music using compatible home audio devices. However, if you don't want to sign-up for membership, you can still buy mp3s from their store.

Rhapsody makes it easy for members, and even non-members, to listen to their favorite performers. Search for tracks either by artist, genre or title, get recommendations, create playlists and listen to ad-free music from Rhapsody Channels. The Rhapsody Unlimited membership lets you listen to music from your PC or web browser, while their Rhapsody To Go membership allows you to listen to music using your portable player. You can also purchase tracks individually whether you're a member or not.
Other Details:
Non-members can listen to 25 tracks per month and can access 25 Rhapsody Channels. However, this service is available in the United States only and their Rhapsody To Go membership isn't available for Apple iPods.
