"America's Got Talent" is like a modern day "Gong Show" wherein people of any age are given the opportunity to showcase their talents and vie for a cash prize worth $1 million. This hit NBC talent show is hosted by Regis Philbin and the contestants are judged by David Hasselhoff, Brandy and Piers Morgan.

The premise of this show is that any act of any age can audition, thus we see talents that range from weird to amazing. The first few shows featured people who successfully made it through auditions. They are given the chance to perform on stage in front of the judges and the judges determines which ones will proceed to the semi-finals.

There are many amazing musical talents featured on this show, here are several of them who will be advancing to the finals.

Taylor Ware - The 11 year old who sings and yodels. Taylor actually started singing on stage at the age of 4, she also played the violin. When she turned 7, she got a copy of Margo Smith’s Yodeling Instruction Book and Tape and thus began her fascination with yodeling. Taylor briefly took yodeling lessons from Margo. Then, at the age of 9, she won the Yahoo! Yodel Challenge. Taylor also performed at the Grand Ole Opry. Aside from yodeling and singing, Taylor is a straight A student.

The Millers - Cole Miller (21) plays the guitar and sings while his brother, LD (12), plays the harmonica. The boys are managed by their mom, Tammy. It is very evident that these brothers deeply respect and love each other. When judge Piers Morgan informed LD to dump his brother and consider performing solo, LD cried and shook his head. Meanwhile Cole hugged his brother and said "I'll make a great security guard". These talented duo are proceeding to the finals.

At Last - Made up of 4 members namely Hans Cho, Ken Dela Cruz, Justin Fong and Mike Lee. These guys sing R&B harmonies in a style they call "hiphopapella" Before they joined "America's Got Talent" they have opened up shows for known performers such as Boyz II Men and Justin Timberlake. At Last will also be proceeding to the finals.

Rappin' Granny - She is proof that age isn't a hindrance to pursue your dreams. Rappin' Granny's real name is Vivian Smallwood, she raps, dances and has appeared on both TV and films. Her debut appearance was on The John Larroquette Show. She is also a breast cancer survivor.

Bianca Ryan - This 11 year old singer wowed the judges on her audition by singing Jennifer Holliday's "And I Am Telling You". She impressed them once again with her semi-finals rendition of "Take Another Little Piece of My Heart" by Janis Joplin. Bianca is in sixth grade, she also acts, dances and writes songs. Her dad, Shawn, was a touring musician before she was born.

Celtic Spring - Made up of five Wood family children, Celtic Spring is a fiddle and dance band. These kids are homeschooled and received training from attending various fiddle camps and workshops. Their debut performance was at the Santa Barbara Farmers' Market. Their first TV appearance was on Good Morning America. They have received awards from the World Championships of the Performing Arts and released an album titled At the Source.

All That - During the Wildcard episode of America's Got Talent, the judges voted for their favorite performers who will porceed to the finals. All That, a clogging group composed of five male members received the judges nod. The members of this talented group are Brian Staggs, Delohn Collins, Mike Curtis, Kenneth Fithen and Mark Clifford. These guys have performed on Star Search and at the Carolina Opry theater among others.

And the Winner Is...

11-year old Bianca Ryan was proclaimed the winner of the hit NBC show America's Got Talent and claimed the $1 million prize. Bianca is from Philadelphia, she repeatedly impressed the judges and audience with her larger-than-life voice. At the announcement of her win Bianca was in tears and clearly overwhelmed that she indeed won. The fiddling and dancing group, Celtic Spring, and 11-year old yodeler, Taylor Ware, were among those in the top 3.
