The lesson plans are divided into four categories:
- Vocabulary - A music word that relates to the days' lesson.
- History - An event that happened on that particular day. Note: If you want to start the lessons later or earlier than the specified date, you can skip the History lesson or just come back to it. Otherwise, use the History lessons to complement the days lesson.
- Activity - The suggested activities coincides with the Vocabulary for the day. You can use the activities as is or supplement it with your own ideas.
- Other Resources - These are supplemental resources you can use or refer to when creating a lesson plan for the day. Some are simply images, others are printables and some are interactive activities.
The lessons presented here are paced slowly and created in a simple manner so that the student can grasp the lessons more easily. You can use it to teach your class, your child or even yourself. After 10 days of lessons there will be 2 days of review and tests. I hope you find these lesson plans helpful and that you'll share your own ideas with us.
