Performing:

Producing:
Producers are the people who guides artists and musicians whether independent or signed under a label. They make sure the project is done on time, within the alloted budget and to the highest quality possible. Promotions:
The music promoter may work directly with artists, musicians and bands or work with owners and operators of performance venues. When working for an artist or band, the promoter sees to it that his talents get the necessary exposure and attention through press releases, radio interviews, tv appearances, etc. When working as a promotions manager of a venue, their role is to book performers, conceptualize shows and do press releases among others. Transcribing Music:
To transcribe means to notate recorded music into sheet music, also to adapt a written music piece for a specific instrument into another instrument. To become a transcriber you need to have a good ear, have a solid background in music theory and well versed in various music styles.
